Jim has been with Shared Space since March 2023, leading the Shared Space Westcliff store.

Hobby: I enjoy playing football, watching movies, playing board games, and walking my husky.

    I’ve been with Shared Space since 2023 and lead Shared Space Westcliff.

    Why did you get involved?

    I enjoy meeting new people and assisting our volunteers as they help make a huge contribution to their community.

    What do you do as a Store Manager?

    As well as assisting our volunteers, I also oversee the general running of the store, and enjoy thinking of new ways to entice people inside !

    What is a highlight of leading a Shared Space store?

    Working with our amazing volunteers, as well as meeting lots of regular customers of course.

    Any hopes for the future for Shared Space?

    It would be great to think of further ways the store could be used, beyond selling second hand items – watch this space!
