As a minister in Church from Scratch, Ivan was part of the original start-up team for Shared Space in 2010. He helped find the first shop.

Location: Off-site
Experience: Extensive experience in business and not-for-profit management, consultancy and social enterprise.
Hobby: Cooking for family and friends
Working Days: Volunteer work off-site, dropping in on the shops to encourage them.

    I want to see more people given the life-changing opportunities that Shared Space offers.

    What do you do as a trustee?

    I’m one of the team of trustees that looks after the legal and financial aspects of the charity and I have a keen eye for the future strategy.

    What are some of your impressions of Shared Space?

    It’s bright, warm and welcoming – both the shop and the team of volunteers!

    I love eating chips with the team.

    Any hopes for the future?

    I’m looking forward to helping Shared Space develop even further.
