Every month each shop gives £300
Every month a group of Shared Space volunteers from each shop decides where to recommend we give the money. The volunteers work hard to raise the money and they direct where they want it given. We have made hundreds of Boost Fund Grants over the years.
The application form is very simple and can be collected from a Shared Space centre.
You could use the money from a Boost Fund Grant for a project or idea to help people. Perhaps you want to make them smile. You could help people to work together. It might help those who don’t win in life. It could be a campaign to change something bad.

Ask us for help if you find forms tough to complete. It’s your idea we are interested in.
We love…
We love to fund creative, life giving activities that inject a positive vibe into the local community. And the grants will often benefit people in low income households. As a Christian charity we fund things that go with the ways of Jesus. So, please drop in to your local store to get to know us. We like to know the people we are helping.
Criteria for awarding a Boost Fund grant
It’s your idea we look at. Grants are often made to an organisation or individual that is local to Shared Space and where there is a relationship with a volunteer or staff member. Grants are not made to larger charities and being a Christian won’t make you less or more likely to get the money.
Where does the money go?
There are far too many grants to show on the website but we have shown a few to give you a flavour of where the money has gone in the past.
Where does the money come from?
Shared Space sells your donations to raise the money we give away. So please do keep sending in your donations.
If you are interested in applying, talk with the manager in your local Shared Space shop.
